Our mobile sauna was custom built right here in Minnesota by Voyageur Saunas who's making the highest quality custom saunas around. The heat is provided by a Kuuma Sauna Stove...also made right here in Minnesota by Lamppa Manufacturing and easily one of the best available.

A traditional sauna experience involves several rounds in the sauna followed by a cool down period. This can be done easily in Minnesota in the colder months by laying in the snow, jumping in some nice cold lake water, or breaking some ice to do a full cold plunge. In the summer and warmer months we also offer a cold plunge tub as an add-on to your experience.

At Wildfire, we also have the ability to guide your entire sauna experience from optimizing your time in the sauna, helping your nervous system adapt to the cold, and guide breathwork to maximize the benefits. We also offer some great add-ons to upgrade the wellness experience.
